Challenge
Corbis is a leading provider of digital content to advertising, marketing and media professionals. Their sales professionals needed a way to pull selected images from their massive content library, embed them in personalized 1:1 messages and deliver them to customers. Corbis also needed a way to integrate customer data into 1:1 sales communications.
Solution
Corbis rolled Prolifiq out to the global sales force, and then utilized the Prolifiq API (application programming interface) to link to its proprietary image library and customer data base. This powerful combination puts millions of images at the fingertips of the sales force, and customer data is used to automatically generate targeted selling messages for each sales person.
Result
Corbis sales professionals can now create ad-hoc rich messages as well as send staged messages designed for critical moments of truth in the customer life cycle. The solution has had a measureable impact on sales effectiveness and revenue.
